Dato’ Hisham received his honours degree in Quantity Surveying in 1983 and later trained with Messrs. Harlow & Milner in Wakefield, England, where he managed multiple projects, including a full Design & Build development in the U.K. from concept to completion. After returning to Malaysia, he expanded his expertise through involvement in schools, shopping complexes, housing, factories, and civil engineering projects.
He later served as Manager of a local Class ‘A’ contractor, overseeing company operations and growth. Dato’ Hisham is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), a former Chairman of the RISM Johor Branch, and an active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), U.K.
En. Azlee received his degree with honours in Quantity Surveying from University of Technology Malaysia in 1986.
He joined Messrs. Techart Sdn. Bhd. (a MARA subsidiary) in 1986 where he was responsible for several Maktab Rendah Sains Mara and other MARA projects.
En. Azlee then joined Jabatan Kerja Raya (Water Supply Department) in 1988 where he gained invaluable experience in public sector contract procurement procedures, practiced by Jabatan Kerja Raya.
In November 1990, he joined Azhar Rouse & Hisham Sdn. as a Senior Quantity Surveyor where he gained vast experience including “Turnkey” and other “Fast Tracking Contract” projects.
In July 1995, En. Azlee was appointed as one of the directors of Azhar Rouse & Hisham Sdn.
En. Shahrul Azlan began his quantity surveying career with an architectural firm as a Technical Assistant after receiving his diploma from the MARA Institute of Technology in 1984.
He continued his studies in the United Kingdom and received his degree in Quantity Surveying from the Glasgow College of Technology (presently Glasgow Caledonian University) in 1989.
After graduation En. Shahrul Azlan worked for Messrs. BPTW Architects & Quantity Surveyors in London for two years where he gained irreplaceable working experience in building, rehabilitation and renovation projects.
On returning to Malaysia in 1991, he joined Azhar Rouse & Hisham Sdn. where he has been involved in various building and civil engineering developments. En. Shahrul Azlan was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2010 and as a Director in 2016.
En. Noor Masyri graduated from University of Technology Malaysia with a diploma in Quantity Surveying in 1996 and joined Azhar Rouse & Hisham Sdn. in the same year.
In 1999, he left the firm to continue his studies at University of Technology Malaysia. After graduation he rejoined the firm in May 2001 and has gained a wide range of experience in a number of sectors of the construction industry including offices, residential, education, healthcare and infrastructure developements.
He has held senior roles in various projects with the firm and was promoted to Associate after achieving full membership of the Board of Quantity Surveyor Malaysia (BQSM) in 2009. En. Noor Masyri was subsequently appointed as a director in ARH Jurukur Bahan Sdn Bhd in 2011 .
Pn. Zunita Bt Che Omar graduated from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam in July 1993 with a Degree in Quantity Surveying (with Honours) where she was conferred with the late ‘Prof. Mohd Tahir Abd Majid Special Award’ for the Best Dissertation UTM/UiTM 93/94 from the Board of Quantity Surveyor Malaysia (BQSM).
Upon graduation, she served Kumpulan Kuantikonsult as a Quantity Surveyor for three months. Perceiving as a major step towards her career development, she left her position and joined ARH Jurukur Bahan Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Azhar Rouse & Hisham Sdn in November 1993. At ARH Jurukur Bahan Sdn Bhd, she has gained an extensive exposure to the construction industry in handling various types of projects ranging from commercial, residential, educational, healthcare and infrastructure development including golf courses. She has also dealt with various types of procurement method i.e. conventional and design and build contracts in both private and public sectors.
She was appointed as an Associate of the firm with effect from July 2013 upon accomplishing a full membership to the Board of Quantity Surveyor Malaysia (BQSM) and Royal Institute of Surveyor Malaysia (RISM). She was later promoted as a Director in 2016.
En. Md Khalis Hj Ismail graduated from University of Technology Malaysia with a diploma in Quantity Surveying in 1995 and joined Azhar Rouse & Hisham Sdn in the same year.
In 1997, he left the firm to continue his studies at University of Technology Malaysia. After graduation he joined back the firm in May 1999 and has gained a wide range of experience in a number of sectors of the construction industry including offices, residential, airport, hospital, CIQP, Marine and infrastructure developments.
He has held senior roles in various projects with the firm and was appointed as an Associate of the firm with effect from July 2015 upon accomplishing a full membership to the Board of Quantity Surveyor Malaysia (BQSM).
Sr Ahmad Taha Sabri Bin Mhd Tajuddin graduated with a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons.) (First Class) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2010.
Upon graduation, he joined Design Cost Consultant as a Project Executive, where he was involved in a wide range of projects, including residential developments, mosques, educational buildings and other building projects.
In 2011, he joined ARH Jurukur Bahan Sdn Bhd, where he gained extensive experience in the construction industry through the successful delivery of various commercial, residential, educational, healthcare, railway and infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in projects procured under both Conventional and Design and Build (D&B) procurement methods for clients in both the public and private sectors.
In January 2021, he joined RK Partnership Sdn Bhd as an Associate following his admission as a Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and his registration as a Consultant Quantity Surveyor with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM).
In January 2024, he rejoined ARH Jurukur Bahan Sdn Bhd as an Associate. He currently leads the firm’s business development department while overseeing the delivery of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
Ms. Foong Kae Wen began her career with the firm in August 2008, immediately after graduating from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Skudai with a First Class Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying. In the same year, she was honored by the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) with the Lawrence Chin Memorial Award as one of the top-performing students in the Quantity Surveying division of RISM.
In 2013, she earned a Master of Business Administration (Major in Finance) with Distinction through the open and distance learning (ODL) program at Open University Malaysia (OUM) while serving the firm.
She was subsequently promoted to a senior role in 2014 and has since led various projects for the firm. In 2020, she attained registration with the BQSM as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), followed by registration as a Consultant Quantity Surveyor (CQS) in 2022.
She was promoted to Branch Manager of the Ipoh Office in 2021, and subsequently elevated to Associate in 2024 where she oversees the operations and management of Ipoh Office of the firm.
En. Alnazril Kamil graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying in 2010 and subsequently continued his studies at the same university, completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying in 2012.
Upon graduation, En. Alnazril began his career with Advantage QS Sdn Bhd in Selangor, where he gained valuable experience in a wide range of projects, including residential developments, mixed-use developments, hospitals, schools, and renovation works.
In 2013, En. Alnazril joined ARH Jurukur Bahan Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, where he has been actively involved in numerous building and civil engineering developments. Throughout his tenure, he has undertaken key responsibilities and held senior positions across various projects within the firm.
Following his achievement of full membership with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) in 2017, he was promoted to Branch Manager. In recognition of his continued contributions and leadership, he was subsequently appointed as Office Manager in 2021 and promoted to Associate in 2023.
En. Jafrey Hisham received his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Administration from Middlesex University, England in 2005. Following graduation, he gained professional experience in the United Kingdom across business analysis, commercial consultancy and professional recruitment sectors.
He returned to Malaysia in 2014 and joined ARH Jurukur Bahan Sdn Bhd, while pursuing his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying, which he obtained in 2017. His project experience includes residential, mixed-use, retail and commercial, healthcare, education and modular construction developments for both public and private sector clients.
In 2024, En. Jafrey was promoted to Business Development Manager, where he supports the firm’s business development, client engagement and strategic growth initiatives.
Pn. Nurul ‘Ain Baharudin graduated from the University of Malaya in 2010 with a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying.
Upon graduation, she joined ARH Jurukur Bahan Sdn Bhd as a Project Executive. She has gained extensive experience in the construction industry through her involvement in various residential and commercial projects.
She achieved full membership with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) in 2022. She was promoted to Senior Executive in 2020 and later appointed as HC & ISO Manager in 2024.
